Exchange Policy
UB Sports offers size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be intact.
- Exchange is applicable only for size, not for style or color variations.
UB Sports reserves the right to reject exchange requests if these conditions are not met.
Sale and Clearance Items
Products purchased during sale or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If such an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, raise a request within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
- Email us at contact@gr8sports.in.
- Use the subject line: Order ID + Return/Exchange Request.
- Mention the issue in detail and attach clear photos or videos of the product. This is mandatory for damaged or defective cases.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
- Pack the item securely with its original packaging.
- Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup within 10 business days.
If the item handed over does not match the approved request details, pickup may be denied.
Exchange Timeline and Conditions
- After pickup, the item will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, the exchange will be processed and dispatched.
- Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
- If a replacement is unavailable, UB Sports may issue a credit note or refund, as applicable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the original product is not replaceable or is returned due to a defect.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after product approval.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Cancellations after dispatch are not allowed.
- To cancel an order, email contact@gr8sports.in with the subject line: Order Cancellation - Order ID.
Modifying Order Details
If you need to change the size, delivery address, or phone number on an order, email us immediately at contact@gr8sports.in with the subject line: Order ID + Revised Details. We can update order details only if the order has not yet been shipped.
