This page explains how order cancellation requests are handled for purchases made on GR8 Sports.
All policies on this website are drafted, maintained, and owned by GR8 Sports / UB Sports. Quicklanding provides only the commerce technology platform and has no role in creating, approving, applying, or deciding these policies. For any policy-related issue or dispute, Quicklanding is not involved; customers should contact GR8 Sports / UB Sports.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@gr8sports.in with your order number and registered contact details.
Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval. If the order has already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to banking and payment processing timelines.
Orders for customised products, special orders, and certain promotional or sale items may not be eligible for cancellation.
